Shipping a vehicle to Harbor Acres

Harbor Acres is a waterfront neighborhood in Sarasota, Sarasota County. Narrow, low-clearance streets with limited turnarounds and overhanging trees. Expect a short shuttle from a wide staging point rather than a full-size carrier at the driveway.

Tell us the address and the gate you use. We give the association the carrier name, driver name and truck description ahead of time, confirm the arrival window with you, and keep the same point of contact from dispatch through delivery.

What we offer in Harbor Acres

  • Open transport with up to $250,000 cargo insurance coverage
  • Enclosed transport with up to $2,000,000 cargo insurance coverage and soft-tie systems
  • Gate registration and vendor-pass coordination
  • Nearby staging and shuttle when a 75-foot carrier cannot enter
  • Snowbird seasonal scheduling and returning-client priority dispatch
  • Photo-documented condition report at pickup and delivery

Before your pickup window opens

  • Confirm the gate hours and any vendor-registration rule with your association
  • Leave about a quarter tank of fuel and remove personal items
  • Turn off toll transponders — we are not responsible for tolls
  • Have a key set ready and note any existing damage
  • Share a phone number the driver can reach on arrival day

Do you handle the gate paperwork?
Yes. We provide the carrier and driver details the association asks for, and we confirm the arrival window so security is expecting the truck.
