Streets follow the standard Cape grid, paved and generally in good repair, though several decades of tree growth have narrowed effective width on some blocks. Cul-de-sacs are common in the interior sections and most give a full carrier enough room to turn around, but a few of the shorter ones are tight enough that backing out is the simpler option. No unusual drainage or unpaved-road issues in this neighborhood.
